Your Role: From Inside-Out Impact to Client Excellence

At ADDRETAIL, we're in the middle of a thrilling transformation—reimagining how we work so we can serve our clients with even more impact, agility, and creativity. As our new Project Manager, you'll be part of this journey from day one. You'll start by helping us evolve from the inside out, and grow into a key player in delivering standout client work.

Phase one: Transition Coordination

In this first chapter, you'll be the right hand of our Operations Director, helping to bring our internal transition to life. You'll guide the phase-out of legacy processes and help build fresh, future-ready structures that empower our teams. You'll keep progress moving across IT, creative, and operations, organize alignment meetings that actually align, and make sure deadlines and risks are tracked with precision. You'll also play a key role in internal communication and change management—making sure everyone’s informed, engaged, and ready to roll. Think of yourself as the connector between the project team and leadership, helping create a transition that’s smooth, supported, and full of momentum.

Phase two: Client Projects & PMO

Once our internal engine is humming, you'll shift gears and dive into client delivery. You'll take the lead on retail communication projects, activations, and multichannel campaigns—steering them from briefing to final delivery. You'll structure project flows, manage timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across creative, production, and strategy. As the main point of contact for clients, you will keep communication clear, execution sharp, and expectations exceeded. And as part of our Project Management Office, you'll help shape how we work—refining processes, formats, and rhythms that keep our agency agile, aligned, and ready for whatever’s next.

What You'll Do

  • Drive transformation: lead internal transition projects from concept to completion with precision and purpose.
  • Make change happen: collaborate across operations, sales, and creative to turn strategy into action. 
  • Master the plan: own timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables—no detail too small.
  • Inspire confidence: build strong client relationships by keeping them informed, engaged, and excited.
  • Lead the charge: oversee 360° campaigns, ATL initiatives, and in-store activations that make an impact.
  • Connect the dots: bridge gaps between teams, clients, vendors, freelancers, and partners.
  • Keep the spark alive: deliver projects on time and on budget, without compromising creativity.
  • Raise the bar: act as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring every output it sharp, smart, and on-brand.
  • Stay ahead: spot the risks early and solve problems before they escalate.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Seasoned pro: 5+ years of project management experience—agency, retail, or marketing? Even better.
  • Change agent: experience with transition or change management projects? That is a big plus.
  • Multitasking maestro: you thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle priorities like a pro.
  • Problem solver: positive, proactive, and always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Team player & solo flyer: you collaborate naturally but can also take the lead independently.
  • Communication ninja: clear, concise, and confident—whether in meetings or messages.
  • Retail-savvy: familiar with marketing campaigning, or store activation projects. 
  • Language ace: fluent in French, with solid English skills. Dutch is a plus.
  • Tool master: skilled in PM platforms like Asana, Jira, or similar—you know your way around.
